1) Beat margarine, oil and sugar till light and fluffy 2) Add 1 egg at a time beating in between to form peaks, add vanilla essence 3) Sieve flour and baking powder in a seperate bowl 4) Add flour mixture to the butter mixture and fold in well 5) Scoop little batter aside add two tablespoon of cocoa and little hot milk, mix well 6) Then pour half of vanilla batter in baking tray then chocolate batter use toothpick and spread the chocolate batter 7) Pour the remaining vanilla batter 6) Bake in a pre heated oven at 170C till done
